Iraq's chapter title, Your glass has destroyed their stones is from the poem, "If you do not love Iraq" by poet Rahim al-Maliki.

al-Maliki was among 13 people killed in a suicide attack at a Baghdad hotel on June 26, 2007.

He was filming tribal leaders about their decision to join U.S-led forces in the fight against factions linked to Al Qaeda.
